2nd Shift Plant Manager

Location: Fairfield, OH
Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide production operations with in-depth process knowledge.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities for efficient and successful production.
• Cultivate a strong safety and teamwork environment.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards (GMPs, USDA, HACCP, etc.).
• Partner with operations to optimize efficiency and cost reduction.
• Deliver results-oriented leadership with excellent communication across all levels.
• Make sound decisions and navigate HR policies.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in RTE food production facilities.
• Bachelor's degree (Food Science a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Supervisory experience in a USDA-regulated food manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Bilingualism a benefit.
• Availability for weekend work as part of our 7-day operation (75% on the production floor).
