Compensation Range
Hourly: $22.60 - $26.70 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to work directly with our Commercial customers providing quality day-to-day support functions associated with proactive account service, relationship growth, and retention.

Essential Functions

  • Daily customer communication, troubleshooting of systems, data management, quality problem resolution, high level productivity, and client meeting participation
  • Partner with Account Managers to support clients
  • Partner with internal teams throughout the Commercial support space and acts as an expert or liaison to the systems that maintain our customers data and workflows
  • Act as first escalation point for daily questions or issues and completes edits to customer data elements
  • Represent some themes and processes in client-facing business reviews
  • Maintain data integrity for our clients by reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring the accuracy of data migration from entry point onward
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 2+ years client support experience required
  • Merchant services experience preferred
  • Case/Ticketing/CRM systems experience preferred

**Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week

At Commerce, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $22.60 to $26.70 per hour. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
