Accounts Payable Specialist

Our client in the DFW area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team!

The AP Specialist will have experience in the following:

• Review, verify, and process a high volume of PO and Non-PO invoices
• Ensure proper matching of invoices to Purchase Orders
• Process invoices using SAP/OpenText systems
• Research and resolve past-due balances on accounts
• Provide excellent customer service to vendors and internal teams
• Assist with additional projects as assigned

Requirements

• 2+ years AP experience in a fast paced environment
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel
