Administrative Assistant
Location: Gaithersburg, MD
Pay: $22-$25 per hour, based on experience

We are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and organizing files.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support team members with administrative tasks, including data entry and recordkeeping.
- Coordinate arrangements, appointments, and event logistics.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and handle procurement requests.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications:

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.

Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher is preferred.

Other: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a customer-focused mindset.
