Our client is seeking an Administrative Executive Assistant to provide crucial support to their C-Suite and Leadership teams. This role is heavily focused on administrative tasks, particularly calendar management and scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support a C-Suite executive
- Manage calendars, prepare meeting materials, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and reconcile expenses
- Plan and execute small-sized projects, including staff agendas and content follow-ups
- Coordinate team offsite, all hands, and morale events
- Provide back-up support to the Executive Assistant team
- Assist with special projects as needed
Ideal candidates will have at least 1.5+ years of professional experience in administrative support roles, preferably in fast-paced environments or start-ups. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling is a must.
Candidates should possess a professional and organized demeanor, as they will be supporting the C-suite. They should be comfortable working in a hybrid model from our client's location in Seattle, WA. This role is initially a 3+ month contract, with a high chance of extension and conversion to full-time. Candidates must pass a background check upon offer.
