Analyst, Communications

Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $37.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Analyst, Communications for a 12 month + contract.

This role can be fully remote or potential for onsite one day per week in Kalamazoo, MI if the candidate is local and prefers. Will need to work EST hours.

This role will partner with the Communications team to execute the overall internal-facing communication strategy and program administration activities for this global program.
• Responsible for supporting the timely and effective communication to the program team, including program newsletter, special edition newsletters, and program updates
• Manage program level monthly highlights communication
• Manage org charts, distribution lists, and onboarding items for the team
• Manage program intranet and Yammer sites
• Maintain team mailbox and calendar
• Support workstream and live site communications
• Assist in other communications activities as needed
• Provide administration support as needed
• Fulfill other program administration tasks as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to communicate program information through internal communications strategy

• Proactive worker who can identify and execute new ideas for solving problems

• Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritize high-value projects versus tasks in a fast-paced environment and balance demands of multiple projects

• Very responsive, with a customer-centric/solutions-oriented approach and the ability to serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including the ability to tailor communications style to audience

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail a must.

• Must have the ability to complete all projects on time, on scope and on budget and meet all business requirements.

• Must have the ability to move quickly without compromising quality.

• Must be able to use computer/office/telephone equipment.
