Analyst/Developer

Our client is seeking a dedicated Analyst/Developer to join their team. This role is a critical part of a team of highly skilled software engineers and analysts, focusing on converting data from PeopleSoft HCM into and out of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management software.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a functional expert with technical knowledge, performing conversion design, testing, and implementation.
- Work directly with customers, vendors, and other interface owners to perform conversion mapping and design conversion.
- Analyze legacy code and data to confirm extract and transformation approaches.
- Code extraction and transformation logic.
- Ensure non-functional requirements, such as performance, are incorporated into solutions.
- Understand functional requirements and business needs, incorporating them into high-quality designs and testing.
- Support functional testing and lead and/or execute mock conversions.
- Analyze data using SQL queries.
- Apply modern software engineering practices to ensure high-quality solution outcomes.
- Create reusable, shared code whenever possible.
- Quickly identify defect root causes and drive towards resolution.
- Use a critical thinking mindset to ensure all possible outcomes are accounted for in preventing operational issues.

Preferred/Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
- 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM modules Core HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor.
- 5+ years of conversion implementation experience.
- 10+ years of hands-on SQL with PeopleSoft HCM experience.
