Analyst II, Technology Operations - Marketplace returns fraud and abuse
As an Individual Contributor of the Mp SFF Fraud and Abuse team, this role will specialize in overseeing and driving audit finding and overall risk remediation efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of identified issues.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective action plans, while continuously driving / monitoring progress and reporting on the status of remediation efforts. In addition, you will play a key role in leading the execution holistic remediation across the enterprise, through the implementation and remediation of controls to address enterprise risk and audit findings.
Examples of activities include but are not limited to understanding and communicating returns risk to both product and technology stakeholders, technical risk alignment and proactive engagement with Global Tech teams to identify and execute risk remediation efforts and organizing and presenting evidence of risk remediation to both audit and technology stakeholders. You will collaborate with various business subject matter resources, and technology teams to achieve our objectives.

As a Staff Risk Expert, you'll have the following responsibilities:
- This role will be responsible for creating and driving comprehensive risk remediation plans to address audit findings, which includes ensuring broad understanding of the risk being remediated, defining objectives, timelines, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
- They collaborate with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the remediation efforts are executed effectively and according to the plan, while ensuring that the outcome effectively remediates the defined risk.
- A successful candidate in this role will continuously track the progress of remediation efforts, measure performance against established goals, and ensure that corrective actions are taken when necessary to keep the deliverable on track and within budget.
- They will provide regular updates on the status of the remediation projects to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting any issues or risks that may impact the project's success and recommending appropriate solutions.
- They will evaluate proposed solutions with an understanding of the risks being mitigated to ensure solutions meet risk mitigation expectations and needs.
- Provide technical support and serve as a technology risk subject matter expert to internal stakeholders charged with implementing and remediating technology risk.
- Acquire knowledge of risk trends and themes throughout the enterprise, develop insights on those trends, and share strategies with leadership on effective holistic remediation of those trends.
- Analyze findings and insights, to prioritize requirements for addressing holistic risk remediation throughout the enterprise.
- Effectively influence technical teams to prioritize holistic risk remediation.
- Guide and mentor team members to follow established practices for the delivery of technology assurance services, meeting quality, speed, innovation and create impact.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area.
- Option 2: 2 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 3 year experience in project management, business analysis, support operations management, or related area.
- Experience managing feedback/enhancement programs in a cross-functional environment
