Contract Position

Responsibilities:

• Prepare basic charts and reports for procurement agents and management, supporting the analysis of supplier costs, delivery, and quality.
• Maintain and update procurement databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely access for procurement agents and management.
• Organize, edit, and provide data from various systems to help evaluate procurement processes and performance.
• Schedule and organize meetings, record minutes, and manage documentation to improve procurement operations.
• Assist procurement agents with resolving issues related to quotes, billing, contracts, and other procurement cycle documentation.
• Gather and distribute documentation such as drawings, specifications, and statements of work to suppliers to ensure contractual compliance.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED required, plus 1+ years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Assembly.
• Experience interacting with suppliers, placing orders, and quoting.
• Knowledge of the procurement cycle.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, and advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred:
  
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
