Position Overview for the Asset Management  Technician:

  • Hardware/Software Asset Management – updating and maintaining software/hardware assets in asset management system, contacting users to validate asset information, tracking assets through soft audits.
  • Logistics – customer service, quote/order request and tracking, receive inventory and maintain warehouse stock.
  • Maintaining and validating data by helping in IT Audits of physical devices at various locations
  • Lifecycle management – assist refresh team to verify and validate assets on the annual replacement plan.
Required Skills for the Asset Management  Technician:
  • 1+ year of warehouse/logistics experience!!
  • Prior Hardware/software asset management experience is highly preferred.
  • Must have experience handling administrative duties/customer service
  • Prior working experience / knowledge with Excel.
  • A+ certification (Preferred)
  • Valid Drivers license/Reliable Transportation
