This Assistant Community Manager will oversee 2 properties in the Lower East Side. These properties are a Luxury-market rental and an affordable Sr. Living totaling to 500 units.
Who you are:
- 3 years' experience in multifamily management
- Experience with LIHTC, HPD, HDC
- Experience in Luxury multifamily
- Experience with move ins/ move outs, tenant complaints, and work orders
