RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate with MOT Manager and Area MOT Superintendents regarding scheduling or crews and subcontractors, phasing, detours, etc.
- Assists in inventory maintenance of equipment for company and all subcontractors.
- Assist safety management team with investigations of any jobsite accident investigations on the project
- Supervise MOT crew(s)
- Coordinate MOT operations with inspectors, engineers, project superintendent, and project foremen
- Implementation of the project's traffic control plan using the proper specifications and guidelines
- 3 years of increasingly responsible experience in street construction, maintenance and repair work, including three years of experience at a supervisory level.
- Experience supervising a work group.
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Previous relevant highway/roadway construction experience
- Must be familiar with MOT/Safety procedures
