Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Location: Frisco, TX (100% Onsite)

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, with performance-based end-of-year bonuses

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in tenant improvement construction, specifically in the medical and office sectors. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project progress, including schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address any issues or concerns.
• Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Support the project manager in all aspects of project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in tenant improvement construction, with a focus on the medical and office sectors.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
