I am working with one of the leading Multifamily Owner / Builders in Ventura County.
They are looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager to assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing Multifamily and Affordable Housing construction projects.
The role will be based in the office in Ventura with sites across the County, Oxnard County, up to San Luis Obispo and Los Angeles County.
This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant PM with ambitions to move up to PM level. You will be surrounded by a team of highly skilled operators who have been with the business for a long period of time.
To be considered for this role, you must have Multifamily and Affordable Housing experience with a GC.
