Hays Commercial Real Estate has partnered with a hugely successful owner operator, who are actively recruiting for an Assistant Property Manager to join a mixed retail and office asset within their Manhattan portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step into a CRE Property Management role.

As the Assistant Property Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Property Manager in the overall operations, financials, and tenant relationships of the asset. Duties will include supporting the creation of the annual operating and capital budgets, coordinating tenant events, oversight of engineering and building staff in their daily schedules, management of tenant service requests, assisting in the management of construction projects, ensuring best in class tenant experience, conducting daily property inspections, and assisting in reviewing leases to ensure compliance.
