At Heritage Construction + Materials, we're seeking a dynamic Associate Brand Manager to join our team. If you're ready to build meaningful relationships, shape our brand identity and share how we make a difference in the world, then this opportunity is for you.

Our ABM will help create and deliver compelling written and visual content for use across communication channels including social, digital, traditional sales and email marketing for internal and external audiences.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to shape and implement our brand strategy through comprehensive campaigns. Build a solid foundation for our brand and communicate our values effectively to our audience.
  • Seek out engaging stories that highlight our innovative processes, products and team. Develop written content that brings our vision and values to life and resonates with our community and strategically share across internal and external communications channels.
  • Collaborate with creative team members to create the most compelling visual assets. Bring our brands to life through captivating visuals including graphics, digital content and marketing materials.
  • Develop engaging and persuasive brand messaging that captures the unique essence of our materials and projects. Inspire, unite and make a lasting impact. Maintain, manage and grow asset libraries and marketing and communication templates, core messages.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in brand communication and alignment with our brand guides across all touchpoints. Provide guidance to internal teams to maintain brand integrity, foster a collective understanding and promote a unified brand voice.
  • Support HC+M's existing and emerging marketing programs including website updates, website stories, campaigns, social media, communications, sales collateral, events and email to develop brand consistency and brand awareness for target audiences.
  • Discover and evaluate marketing opportunities at trade shows and conferences. Coordinate with stakeholders to secure participation at industry events; create and execute outreach plans that maximize brand impact with target audiences. Support communication needs for internal annual special events.
  • Stay informed about emerging industry trends and new technologies in branding and marketing. Continuously learn and innovate to maintain our competitive edge and enhance our brand's position and visibility.

Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a business-related field or proven relevant work experience
    Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Keen understanding of social media channels, websites and email marketing tools
    • Self-motivated with the ability to discover, create, manage and own projects
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
    • Naturally curious
