Your Role:
TheAssociate Sourcing Manager - Contract Manufacturing & Strategic Projects is a member of the North America Procurement team. The successful candidate will drive improvement in the materials management area while reducing component and outsourcing costs through innovative material planning, inventory management, sourcing strategies and detailed execution. This position requires close collaboration with senior commercial, manufacturing, engineering, and product management leaders to ensure that continual monitoring of the market situation and specific customer orders and forecast to ensure the proper supply of materials to avoid impacts to our manufacturing operations. The role reports directly to the North America/Europe Regional Sourcing Director. Associate Sourcing Manager is responsible for ensuring the continuity of material supply to the DS&S Business by creating robust global sourcing strategies for new products developed and leading global strategic Procurement projects.
