Job Description:


Responsibilities:

Business Operations

  • Provide backup support for job requisition requests, both domestic and offshore, but potentially be the point person for those requests
  • Creation of ad hoc recruiting collateral development
  • Budget tracking and following up with team members as needed
  • Assignment Tracking
  • Primary support for the annual CaseWare binder update process with the goal of eventually having 80-90% of the process owned by the Associate.
  • Help support implementation and execution of service line platforms (i.e., Propylon, etc.)
    • Collecting documents, templates, and other files that need to be uploaded
    • Assist with enablement
  • Provide oversight and support for the client acceptance process including build out of processes for engagement letters or client contracts, Intapp, Salesforce and project setup including providing direction and coaching to the ARC team members supporting the client acceptance process on behalf of the practice
  • BT Live development, Teams site, Smartsheet, PowerBI, and Sharepoint site creation / management
  • Merger Integration
    • Support execution of business line and practice process alignment (in conjunction with support team members)
    • Provide guidance on practice functions including engagement letters, client/projects data mapping, system setup and data uploads of clients (i.e., Ignition, Ironclad), software console transfers (i.e., moving from previous firm QBO/Bill etc. )
  • Weekly, monthly, quarterly data audits to ensure data cleanliness across systems and compliance with firm expectations. (I.e. pipeline data, weekly time entry, active STAR codes, CPE compliance, etc.)
  • Compliance support and follow-ups as needed: CPE, coach trainings, harassment trainings, etc.
  • Delivery quality management:
    • AR & WIP call outs on weekly delivery quality management calls, follow-ups where needed
    • Update delivery quality management tracker with AR & WIP call outs and new projects when opened in STAR
  • Support our client delivery team members with ad hoc requests regarding firm systems and data where appropriate

Client, Project and Technology
  • Develop client surveys for client onboarding (information gathering to kick off client)
  • Support methodology development and standardization efforts by participating in development discussions, managing project plans, and assisting with design and formatting for template development
  • Support in managing tracking systems for potential alliance partners (partnerships with technology vendors) and alliance opportunities
  • Support due diligence efforts on potential technology vendors
  • Hands-on support for pilots of new technology solutions
  • Support technology enablement efforts
  • Software billing allocations, access to software specific to the practice/BL
  • Use firm reporting tools, ad hoc analysis creation, and report building to support practice needs

Training & Development
  • Assist in coordination and delivery of team members onboarding and trainings
  • Trainings (making sure that BT PIE is added to all our trainings, helping facilitate set up of trainings if needed)
  • Provide support for learning initiatives through recruitment of presenters, design and formatting of content, and CPE logistics
  • Assist with the development of learning paths for our strategy areas including assisting with project plans and timelines, content design and formatting, and CPE logistics
  • Provide design development and formatting support for annual and ad hoc training
  • Assist with the development of annual training around internal team quality control processes
  • Support business line with community of practices updates
  • Supports practice goal-setting and updates to leadership

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years corporate experience, ideally in supporting a leader and/or team
  • Possesses and applies sound understanding of business operations
  • Ability to effectively communicate across various levels and functions
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize and manage workload with supervision as needed
  • Ability to gain holistic understanding of firm services, business drivers, and proactively communicates actionable insights
  • Ability for innovative thinking and focus on process improvements
