IDR is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Authorization Rep to join one of our top clients in a 100% remote role. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Authorization Rep:

- Serve as an integral part of our client's team in a fully remote capacity, adhering to Pacific Standard Time (PST) working hours
- Utilize your knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/HCPCS/ICD-9 coding in daily operations
- Leverage your proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage and organize tasks effectively
- Contract duration: 3 months, with potential for extension
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Required Skills for Authorization Rep:

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an authorization rep or authorization coordinator in a healthcare setting
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is highly desirable
- Proficiency in medical terminology and CPT/HCPCS/ICD-9 coding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain composure during challenging interactions
