Budget/Fiscal Manager

Position Overview: The budget/fiscal manager will oversee all financial and personnel-related aspects of the business office under the general guidance of the Vice President of Finance, Development, and Administration. This role requires independent decision-making and discretion to ensure fiscal responsibility and efficient financial processes within the behavioral health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets and resolve any obstacles in the billing process to ensure timely payment for services.
- Address claim denials, identify errors, and oversee the resubmission process for payments.
- Collect and analyze data, generating reports as necessary to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Supervise and provide guidance to business staff, ensuring they have the resources needed to fulfill their roles.
- Collaborate with program managers to develop auditing procedures for program effectiveness and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding payment transactions and financial procedures
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Accreditation standards, including document management and annual review scheduling.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in medical office management is essential.
- Experience managing budgets for grant funded programs.
- Ability to pass a CORI and background investigation.
