Job Description:
Our client is hiring a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join our client's dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing business practices, technologies, and governance to manage the lifecycle of IT assets. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining ITAM process integrity, driving optimization, and ensuring compliance with various IT requirements. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to contribute significantly to the efficiency and security of IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and apply business practices, technologies, and governance to manage the IT asset lifecycle effectively.
• Maintain ITAM process integrity and drive optimization where applicable, ensuring reliable and consistent IT asset information.
• Ensure compliance with ITAM requirements, including Vendor compliance, Procurement, IT Financial Management, Security, End User Computing, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Develop and implement communication and training plans to promote awareness and understanding of ITAM standards proactively.
• Drive compliance with ITAM guidelines and practices to ensure high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds business expectations.
• Implement process changes and improvements in support of the ITAM program maturity roadmap and commitments using project management disciplines.
• Lead ITAM process gap analysis and develop corrective action plans.
• Lead ITAM process modifications, including review, approval, and implementation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) practices and standards.
• Strong foundational project management skills in a technology environment.
• Ability to develop and implement communication and training plans.
• Experience in driving process compliance and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead process gap analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Familiarity with IT requirements, including Vendor compliance, Procurement, IT Financial Management, Security, End User Computing, IT Service Management, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
