Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Applications Analyst III:
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle
- Manage and configure Microsoft Office
- Troubleshoot and configure workstation hardware
- Manage endpoints using the latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Manage mobile devices using an MDM/EMM
- Manage and configure Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
- This is a 3-month contract position
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience is required
Required Skills for Business Applications Analyst III:
