The Business Continuity Incident Coordinator will lead corporate-wide Incident Management efforts. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the coordinated resolution of all incidents to include but not limited to third-party service outages, facility, and technology issues. In addition, the incumbent will partner with key stakeholders (HR, facilities, Physical Security, Network, Production Support, etc.) to drive and deliver Continuity and Incident Management commitment, support, ownership, accountability, and results. The Business Continuity Incident Coordinator will also support in disaster recovery of the company's critical business functions, where required.
