Ultimate Staffing has an urgent hiring need for experienced Call Center Representatives in North Houston. Training class starts January 2025.
POSITION SUMMARY
Ideal candidates have an outgoing, positive, confident demeanor. Motivated, resourceful, solution-oriented, and have a resilient work ethic. Candidates must be great listeners and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment. This is a hybrid position after the in-office training period. Call center hours are M-F, 7am-7pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building relationships that foster trust and loyalty through excellent communication, consultative selling, problem solving, expectation setting, and reliable follow up
- 2-3 years minimum call center experience with high volume inbound and outbound calls
- Proven ability to talk, listen, think, and type at the same time while providing excellent customer service
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Direct experience in a sales and/or customer service-oriented work environment
- Retail energy experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills.
- Ability to "read between the lines" and pick up on contextual clues
- Ability to relate to people
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism.
- Naturally inquisitive with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to procedure and protocol changes
