Description:

As a Card Marketing Copy QA Analyst you will perform Quality Assurance testing on marketing copy creatives for the purposes of assessing partner adherence to targeted processes, guidelines, and/or regulatory requirements. Important Note: this role is NOT performing IT related QA work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and approval of documentation, information, research and/or Due Diligence Forms (DDF).
• Ensure all required documents/records are complete and accurate. Interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies and procedures when reviewing documents to ensure that internal controls and regulatory processes are carried out.

Skills:

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 + years of professional experience performing analytically focused tasks involving Quality Reviews (QA / QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar
• Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail
• Proven history of successful organization and time management skills, effectively prioritizing work & organizing materials to meet deadlines

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the business (verbal and written)
• Be collaborative and build strong relationships across the organization
• Capable of discussing differing opinions while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Regulatory compliance knowledge of consumer-focused regulations related to marketing and digital media channels is a plus
• Strong working knowledge of advertising/marketing practices across various marketing channels is a plus
