JOB DESCRIPTION

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

• Oversee day to day operations of our water transfers, recycling and frack pond infrastructure
• Work with chemicals and bulk containers in the field
• Oversee daily operations of 3rd party vendors to safely accomplish tasks
• Assist in finding ways to improve processes to be more efficient.
• Work with vendors to maintain best work practices.
• Work with operation supervisor on daily basis to ensure constant communication and coordination.
• Assist R&D time to time with new sustainable water handling technologies such as enhanced evaporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate leadership, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization
• Support and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectives
• Manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice
• Ability to self-motivate
• Must be a self-starter
