Description: Judge Healthcare is currently looking for a Claims Practice Leader (SVP Level)

FULLY REMOTE POSITION

Expectations:
•Managing the Global Claims Practice as a whole and the delivery of its projects & strategic initiatives (Design, Implement and Changes).

•Primary role of leading the Claims Practice and providing direction to Business for strategic participation and implementation

•As a Practice Lead, support the overall business strategy for the function and govern the same across geos along with other Business Leaders.

•Serve as an effective partner to the Training Teams, supporting the development, implementation, and delivery of CLAIMS Solutions, Services & Products across geos

•Design learning strategies for the Practice to fill needs as identified through analysis and in partnership with the Geo & Central Leadership Team

•Ensure that programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets.

•Plays a mentorship role to key personnel, assisting in the execution of their duties upon request, honing their skills, and getting them ready for the occupation of his/her position

Experience & Competencies:

-Domain depth. 5-10 years' experience on relevant areas of Claims Practices and Platforms (FACETS, QNXT)

-Should be a strong SME and thought leader of the market, competition, trends (eg. Industry initiatives, developments and enhancements)

-Prior Roles that would be relevant - Operations, Solutioning/pricing (skills - pricing, possess commercial acumen), BE (skills - drive change, DMAIC, process improvement), Technology (skills - providing specs, project lifecycle) applied to the relevant areas. Experience working on a technology (automation, product development) is a plus

-Build CLAIMS GTM, shape products, drive products success through strong collaboration and ability to influence others across the organization
