The Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor of OB/GYNMedicine (Clinical Faculty Non-Tenure) will be responsible for directing bothlow and high-risk obstetrical services and gynecological care of patients inthe Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.  Duties will include supervision of residentsand medical students in the clinic and hospital settings, participation indidactic exercises, and diagnosis and care of patients in clinics as directedby the Department Chair.  This position willassist in development of rural locations. 

Environmental Hazards:
Possible exposure to hazardous materials, hot and cold, blood borne pathogens.

Physical Requirements:

-Be innovative Education & Experience Position Qualifications: Required:
-D.O., M.D. Field of Study: Obstetrics and Gynecology
-Eligibility for licensure in the state of Oklahoma
-Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology through the AOBOG or ABOG
-On Dec. 7, 2021, a federal judge temporarily blocked the implementation of the federal contractor vaccination mandate and its associated guidance. Following the injunction, Oklahoma State University has, consistent with applicable law, paused the vaccination mandate. Skills, Proficiencies, and Knowledge:
Proficientin diagnostic tests pertinent to OB/GYN.  Theposition requires strong analytical skills, advanced multi-tasking skills,advanced problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively plan.  Good communication and leadership skills area positive.  Interpersonal skills arerequired to interact effectively with faculty, students, and administration.
