CLINICAL RESEARCH COORD B

Duties: The Penn Memory Center (PMC) is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator B to join our multi-disciplinary team of health professionals.
This coordinator will lead or substantially assist other coordinators in the execution of clinical trials and longitudinal cohort studies at PMC. This work includes the recruitment and retention of potential research participants. This research recruits a spectrum of young and older adults including persons with no cognitive impairment and persons with cognitive impairment caused by Alzheimer's and other neurodegenerative diseases. The research will emphasize experimental cognitive testing and biomarker imaging.
Position is contingent on continued funding

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology or related field and 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations strongly preferred. Effective communication, writing skills, and problem-solving capabilities are necessary. Candidates must have the ability to multitask and work both as part of a team and independently. A preferred candidate will have experience and a comfort level working with older adults and their family members.
