The Clinical Supervisor oversees, mentors, and supports the clinical and administrative Bachelors, Masters, and professional Care Coordinators. The Clinical Supervisor is part of a dynamic and collaborative supervisory team working closely with other program supervisors/managers to create and implement a robust offering of services that are provided to our youth and family programs.

Your experience, knowledge, and great skills will be valuable in the following:

• Mentoring, leading, and coaching a dynamic Care Coordinators and Family Partners team.
• Creating an atmosphere of collaboration to provide families with the highest quality of care.
• Promoting compliance and program standards by ensuring all administrative and clinical functions are completed and aligned with BHN's value-based services.
• Building collaborative relationships with internal and external child and family serving systems and

What are we looking for in a Clinical Supervisor?

• Independent-level licensure and a Master's Degree in a mental health-related field are
• Demonstrated experience working effectively with state agencies, consumer advocacy groups, and/or behavioral health outpatient facilities.
• Must have familiarity with the Internet, word processing, and email systems.
