• Convey the most important information and drive engagement and/or action through clear messaging and compelling employee-facing communication tactics, including articles, emails, and intranet content
• Develop comprehensive plans and communications materials for company leaders and project teams to achieve high-priority communication and business goals
• Consult with stakeholders across the company to advise on the best communication channel for the topic and audience
• Participate in frequent and detailed measurement analysis by reporting communications metrics and impact to support continuous learning, data-driven decision-making, and the identification of best practices

We are looking for a Communications Project Coordinator with experience managing the creation and distribution of communications through a variety of approaches (intranet, email, digital signs, print materials, etc). You will also require experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and experience with budget items, including opening purchase orders and ensuring vendors are paid correctly and on time.
