Community Impact Specialist will help ensure that WellStar Health System makes a positive difference and creates a measurable impact with its investment in community-based organizations and strategic/evidenced based programs as it aligns with WellStar's Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The Specialist will support Community Benefit activities. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve positive and measurable impact across the WellStar footprint, as well as the day-to-day management of a portfolio of community benefit programs that align with strategic domains.

Minimum 5 years of experience delivering community health and social services, project management or grant management experience in a hospital, community or corporate environment with a bachelor's degree Required or Minimum 2 years of experience delivering community health and social services, project management or grant management experience in a hospital, community or corporate environment with a master's degree.
