Compliance ConsultantLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.
The Compliance Consultant is responsible for delivering and executing foundational responsibilities that support the commercial Individual & Exchanges insurance compliance team and associated business partners.
How you will make an impact:
- At the advanced level, report, communicate, research laws at the advanced level, regulations, requirements, regulatory audits and/or exams
- Provide advanced level support to regulatory audits or exams, internal audits, accreditations, on-site reviews, risk assessments
- At the advanced level, analyze and extract regulatory data, documentation for compliance with requirements
- Participate in compliance monitoring to identify process gaps, validate compliance levels, map processes, draft corrective actions/remediation plans
- Conduct investigations, document findings, update stakeholders and leadership on developments, comply with notification requirements, ensure corrective actions are made
Minimum Requirements:- Requires a BA/BS and minimum of 3 years health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance or privacy experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $58,720 to $101,292.
