Job Title: Compliance Consultant (Contingent Resource)

Job Description:

As a Compliance Consultant in this contingent resource assignment, you will:

• Provide expert consultation on complex initiatives with significant impact and large-scale planning for Compliance or Financial Crimes.
• Review and analyze intricate, multi-faceted, and long-term Compliance or Financial Crimes challenges, requiring thorough evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented elements.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations by applying a solid understanding of functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to ensure compliance and risk management.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with lending compliance, including knowledge of applicable rules and regulations (e.g., FDCPA, FCRA, UDAAP).
• Proficiency in auto lending operations, including servicing and collections.
• Ability to identify and effectively communicate risks and challenges in auto lending business processes.
• Experience in conducting risk assessments for lending compliance functions.
• CRCM certification or other relevant legal, compliance, and/or auditor designations.
• Knowledge of non-real estate consumer lending products and related compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process.
