RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Oversee construction quality control processes.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment to maintain high standards.
• Address any deviations from specifications promptly.
• Coordinate equipment, materials, and labor requirements.
• Optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines.
• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

• Proven experience in oil and gas construction, with a focus on leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, safety practices, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
