Contracts Senior Associate

Our client in the healthcare software industry in actively seeking to add a Contracts Senior Associate to join their team on a temporary basis. Qualified candidates should have a background in finance/ accounting, experience in procurement, project management or contracting.

Responsibilities:

• Administer, review and negotiate contracts
• Act as a liaison between several departments including: Accounts Payable, Procurement, Legal, as well as external vendors to make sure POs are processed in a timely manner.
• Maintain and prepare project plans
• Set up new vendors.
• Monitor database and assists with any necessary troubleshooting.
