SummaryThe Coordinator oversees the delivery of a summer conference program that meets financial targets while delivering an experience that represents excellence. This position fulfills the critical role of overseeing the daily management of The Hub. This includes investigating and resolving maintenance concerns, performing quality assurance inspections, supervising student desk coordinators, maintaining audio/visual and technology systems, managing reservations for multiple spaces, and working with campus partners to manage the annual calendar of events in the space. This position is critical personnel in the event of a crisis or evacuation.
Required Qualifications*Bachelor's Degree with 1 years of directly related experience.OR *High School Diploma (or Equivalency) with 7 years of directly related experience.
Preferred Qualifications*Experience working in a higher education setting.*Experience planning, executing and assessing large-scale events.*Experience providing excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders.*Team player with a positive outlook dedicated toward constant improvement.
