Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.:The Coordinator of New Student Orientation supports initiatives which welcome, transition, and effectively support new students attending Texas State University. The coordinator will support aspects of vision, program and service delivery, quality control, risk management, constituent engagement, resource development, student staff development, and fiscal management which align with and contribute to division and university vision, mission, and goals for enrollment and student success. Collectively, these efforts will contribute to building, supporting, and centering new student orientation, transition, and retention experiences as an important factor in creating campus culture, fostering sense of belonging, student persistence, and academic success and well-being.
