Description: Our client is currently seeking an expert Full Stack Java Developer with experience in ReactJS, strong focus on utilizing NoSQL databases.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that leverage cloud-based (AWS) technologies and interact seamlessly with NoSQL, Oracle databases.
- Design, code, test, and debug Java applications that adhere to best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Utilize a variety of AWS services, such as AWS Lambda, Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, AWS RDS, and Amazon DynamoDB, to build and deploy scalable applications in the cloud.
- Architect and develop microservices-based applications using Java and AWS services, ensuring modularity, independence, and scalability.
- Design and optimize databases within AWS using services like Amazon RDS or DynamoDB, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal application speed and responsiveness.
- Create and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to verify the correctness and reliability of the application. Debug and resolve issues as they arise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Location- Chicago (hybrid work schedule)
- 5+yrs enterprise development experience
- CS degree or relevant work history
- Banking/Financial background a plus
