Our client, a non-profit organization in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a temporary Corporate Licensing Specialist to support their team through October 1st!
About the Job:
* Maintain records of license renewals for applications.
* Monitor current licenses to ensure compliance and identify new records.
* Organize license records and perform data entry.
* Assist with administrative functions such as budgeting, researching, meetings, etc.
* Complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
* 2+ years of marketing experience are required.
* A bachelor's degree is marketing, business administration or other related field is required.
* Knowledge of licensing processes is required.
* Proficiency in MS Office Products is required; Familiarity with graphic design is preferred.
* Organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
About the Position:
* Pays $28/hr-$34/hr, DOE
* Temporary until October.
* Hybrid with 3 days/week onsite.
* Office located in Alexandria, VA.
