As the Corporate Sales Specialist, you will be contributing to YETI's success by supporting sales objectives for new and existing Corporate Sales accounts while at the same time helping to build out a key strategic area of growth for YETI. A high sense of urgency and the ability to build strong relationships are critical for success for this role.

You are a highly motivated & self-driven sales support professional with excellent communication skills, ability to engage and build rapport with customers while not being afraid to match recommendations to the need identified. Winning is the nature of what you love to do - for yourself and for the customer. You understand the need to invest time and effort each day into building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and peers and following through on commitments. You are passionate about doing the right thing - the right way... and thrive in an environment where you can see the sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer objectives, and provide recommendations to generate add-on sales opportunities in support of the Account Manager
• Initiate proactive sales activities to establish recurring revenue opportunities alongside Account Manager

• Manage, track and report sales activities and results utilizing Salesforce account management tools

• Help close the sales cycle and ensure prompt order creation for business developed by the Corporate Sales Outbound Account Managers
• Manage all orders for assigned accounts from start to finish and serve as a resource for the partnership

• Provide outstanding customer service by managing customer expectations - Being on the front lines to triage order and delivery issues
• Understanding to use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex customer situations
• Provide timely and accurate responses via email and work assigned tasks
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork
• Provide consistent insight and feedback on how to improve our business process

Qualifications & Attributes:

•Bachelor's degree required
•At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service
• Exceptional communication skills and strong desire to deliver Best in Class service
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Possess high attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organizational skills with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Problem solver that thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable living in the "grey" and understand the need to approach each situation individually
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems at once
• Experience with collaborating with cross-functional teams at all levels
• Ability to work in startup - like environment and within a large matrixed organization
