RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Data Entry Associate in Seattle, WA.Summary:The client is seeking a detail oriented short term Data Entry Associate to assist our Global Trade and Product Compliance organization's Export Compliance team. We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail, highly organized, ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data, quickly and independently.Responsibilities:- Data Entry Associate will understand the high-level product identifiers and classification and licensing schema from our Export Compliance subject matter experts
- Validate and update country-specific export license and classification metadata from our current database to be consistent, complete, and accurate
- Input the updated export license and classification metadata into our new internal compliance database
- Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry
- As a Data Entry Associate, you will complete high-volume tasks within a set deadline
- Support other ad hoc export-related administrative tasks, as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of related work experience
- 1+ years of experience with Excel
- 1+ years of experience with a Product/Parts Management Database, or related work experience
- Accurate Data entry
- Software skills
- Critical thinking
- Ability to know when to escalate or ask questions
- Must have high attention to detail, be well organized, a quick learner, and a self-starter
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
