Associate Attorney - Complex Litigation
Location: Multiple California Offices (Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Walnut Creek)

A well-established litigation law firm with a national presence seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join its California practice group. The firm specializes in complex civil matters, including toxic torts, product liability, government, general liability, and commercial litigation. With a collaborative approach, the firm integrates efforts with clients to deliver optimal results efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a litigation caseload, including local and national accounts throughout California.
- Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.
- Review and analyze discovery requests; draft and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.
- Prepare court filings and handle e-filing processes.
- Support trial preparation and execution.
- Maintain accurate and organized time records.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active admission to the California State Bar.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in complex litigation, toxic tort liability, or environmental liability.
- Proven experience with motion practice, depositions, and taking the lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $190,000+ (commensurate with experience).
