Eurofins Product Testing searching for a Demand Generation Specialist, US in Bothell, WA.

The Eurofins Product Testing group is aggressively expanding its product testing division in the US. As Eurofins Product Testing grows its footprint in the US. The Demand Generation Specialist will work closely with Sales and marketing groups in developing and executing demand-gen campaigns. This position is responsible for generating sales qualified leads and driving campaigns to create sales pipeline and contribute to sales hitting their quota attainment goal. You'll be joining Eurofins at an exceptionally exciting stage of our growth and your deep specialist knowledge could see new opportunities develop. You are a results-oriented, marketing maestro with 5+ years working in a B2B Marketing role, with a minimum of 3 working in lead generation. You'll need to demonstrate validated skills in creating your own campaigns and programs, handling agencies, and collaborating with sales to drive pipeline.

Demand Generation Specialist, US responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Identify and build customer persona for targeted marketing campaigns

• Develop a digital marketing platform for Eurofins Product Testing, including content management

• Create content with technical team to showcase Eurofins services

• Work with counterparts in Global Eurofins marketing team to focus marketing efforts for US market

• Work with web team to optimize website to drive traffic and increase customer acquisition

• Manage lead scoring based on customer profile and site activity

• Collect industry marketing information to identify customers and competitors offering trends

• Develop strategies to drive sales, customer acquisition and retention.

• Manage all organic and paid online advertising spend across channels for the Direct Sales team, including SEO, SEM, Display and Paid Social.

• Manage closely to performance targets across spend, conversion, ROAS and customer acquisition goals.

• Develop, champion and execute SEO strategies to improve key term ranking and traffic generation.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to measure conversion and creative performance; managing workflow for continual testing, iteration, and learning.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, creative and social teams.

• Proactively stay on top of industry trends, new tools and technologies. Evaluate and recommend new opportunities to the company for digital marketing, and put into motion.

• Lead and work with outside agency to optimize campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet spend revenue and lead volume goals.

The ideal candidate would possess :

• You have a confirmed ability to plan, lead, execute and deliver marketing programs & campaigns against lead and revenue targets and ensure all activities are integrated to achieve the common goals

• Marketing programs include: multi-channel integrated campaigns, content creation (case study), working with media syndication, and digital marketing platforms

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Self-starter with a real passion for building

• Ability to operate under minimal supervision and with ambiguity

• Experience with Marketing Automation or Salesforce

• Umbraco website experience a plus

• Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers, work in a collaborative manner yet self-driven.

• Capable of building trust, value others and communicate effectively

• Customer focused, high integrity, excellent work ethic

• Self-managed and responsible to targets and goals

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Highly motivated, dependable, detail oriented

• Strong appreciation of diverse cultures.

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5+ years marketing experience with 3+ years in B2B lead generation / pipeline building supporting an outbound sales team

• Prior experience in a third party services company an asset

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Bothell, Washington are encouraged to apply.
