Job Summary
Join a customer-focused, growth-driven, and technology-enabled digital commerce team. Together we will deliver a compelling multichannel online experience effectively promoting products, generating interest, and driving long-term customer loyalty. We will engage consumers in both online and offline channels.
The Digital Data Analyst plays a key role in understanding opportunities, improving customer experience and accelerating growth across ecommerce digital properties, digital content and actionable insights development.
Work closely with several different teams including Digital Content, Business & Marketing leaders, Digital Product managers/owners, UX and development teams to influence digital optimization plans. Create and utilize reporting tools and dashboards to provide valuable insights to the team and stakeholders to guide digital product content, merchandising and SEO efforts.
You will partner with stakeholders to focus on identifying user and business needs, along with areas of opportunity within our Ecommerce roadmap. You will help lead and drive reporting automations, develop leading and lagging key performance indicators, scorecards, forecasts, data models and visualizations.
