Job Details:

This position is responsible for leading, building and implementing holistic sales reporting and analytics for the Chicken segment. This role will serve as the finance partner to the Head of Poultry Sales, Poultry CFO, and other various leadership positions across the enterprise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Centralize Chicken segment weekly and monthly sales/volume reporting
  • Support the Commercial team with robust channel/sku reporting in order to investigate gaps to plan and execute accordingly
  • Lead a process to track pricing exposure across the Chicken segment to support strategy and forecasting capabilities
  • Develop reporting and support-capabilities for RFPs across the Chicken segment including pricing structure (e.g., fixed and market-based), RFP dates, etc.
  • Ad hoc reporting and analytics outside of pricing-related initiatives as required

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required (Accounting or Finance); MBA preferred

Experience: 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience related to commercial/sales

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with key management leadership at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain complex data in an effective manner
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with customer-centric mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects and influence other team members to achieve project and timeline requirements; comfortable working with and alongside executive leadership.
