The Director, National Accounts for Radiometer is responsible for driving your team's ability to deliver on their financial and business targets. To do this you will empower your team to create, drive and own their assigned accounts overarching strategy and hold them accountable on successful execution. You will coach and guide on account strategy development, healthcare economics, financial/deal structure, and market intelligence. By partnering closely with Regional Sales Managers, you will align IDN and Regional teams on business and customer goals to drive a solution-based partnership approach with our largest customers.

This position is part of the North America Sales Team and will be fully remote based in the US. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the National Accounts team and report to the Sr. Director, Sales responsible for leading sales functions in support of strategic and annual business plans to accelerate growth. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage relationships with National Accounts while directing IDN Managers and key internal stakeholders to help drive strategy and tactics in large Integrated Delivery Networks.
  • Provide strategic coaching and guidance to the team, pressure testing strategy to identify gaps, empowering them to create, drive, and own account strategy, and removing obstacles for successful execution.
  • Build a strategic year-over-year growth plan incorporating key value drivers to achieve overall business and financial goals for the assigned team.
  • Own the yearly Growth Bridge, utilizing Danaher Business Systems (DBS) tools and skills, updating and implementing countermeasures as needed to ensure yearly targets are realized.
  • Drive accountability with the funnel management process and standard work, implementing countermeasures as needed to improve.
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide market intelligence and customer insights, enabling more targeted program development.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent by providing coaching and development opportunities for future growth, setting strategic goals and objectives, and holding associates accountable with timely feedback and performance management.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably within business or sciences), MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years', progressive commercial experience in a business that serves similar customers or sells similar products.
  • 5+ years leading highly dynamic sales teams.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth, customer experience and market share growth.
  • Demonstrated healthcare business acumen with strong negotiation and commercial skills; able to support and influence the team and customer decisions to negotiate complex, profitable deals, fostering trust and customer loyalty.
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical skills to analyze market and competition, develop winning sales strategies, and assist in detailed execution when targets are missed.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel, with 50-75% travel required
  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 40lb, any other physical requirements

The salary range for this role is $190,000 - $200,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
