RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Director of FP&A in Tampa, FL.Responsibilities:- Financial Planning Analysis: Prepare, review, and maintain financial models, quarterly forecasts and the annual budget that are unique to various reporting segments within the organization
- Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement
- Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and general business performance; Build monthly reports to be leveraged in monthly performance review with senior management and PE Sponsor on data-driven insights
- Strategic Insight: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to help guide strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Growth Management: Support and lead financial aspects of business unit expansions and growth efforts, ensuring alignment with overall company goals
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive performance improvements
- Support the Business Development and M&A teams as necessary
- Support business unit leadership, along with management, with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong foundation in FP&A, banking or private equity
- Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis, with a creative approach to problem-solving and business development
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate financial information to management and non-financial stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and precision
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working in PE-backed company is not a requirement but recommended
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
