Equipment Tech - 1st Shift and 3rd Shift

Our client is seeking Equipment Technicians to join their high-growth, creative organization at their facility located in Warminster, PA.

This is a Temp-to-Hire opportunity!

Shifts Available:
1st Shift 7am-3pm (Monday-Friday)
3rd Shift 11pm-7am (Sunday-Thursday) ** Train on 1st Shift **

Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour, depending on experience

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mail inserter equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot equipment failures.
• Set up, operate, and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Train operators on fundamental machine functions and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
