BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Escrow Assistant for an opportunity Remote USA!

Position Title: Escrow Assistant

Location: Full Remote

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: (06 Months (High possibility to extend Contract or Permanent for right Candidate)

Pay Range: [$18 to $19.13/hr]

Job Description:

***Fully remote role. Must work in PST or MST time zone.

Temp to Perm role.

• Provides centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume paperwork.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches, but not to customers.
• Work is very similar to work performed at an associate level, although tasks may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge May work on escrow openings and closings

Skills:

• 2-3 years related experience Strong customer service skills Competent with Microsoft Office Experience with industry programs such as Data Trace and Date Tree.
• Strong email communication skills are needed.
• Experience in the escrow industry preferred, not required.

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent
